WOW, what a season! 🤩

We would like to thank our musicians, guest performers, vendors, and YOU for your continued support. We were pleased to break our record in numbers for attendance this year and we really can’t thank you enough.

We will keep you updated in the months to come. We’ll see ya in 2027! 🎶✨

We made it to our final concert of the 2026 KMB summer concert series!
Candy & Cake will be on site. Downbeat is right at 7PM!

Tomorrow night is the last concert of the 2026 KMB season, can you believe it!? 🥲

Local musician Kavin Sampson, will be our guest keyboard player, while Candy & Cake serve up those yummy treats!

We wanted to take a moment to thank our sound tech, Shannon Houde! Shannon is a local trombone player who plays in a few ensembles around Kankakee County. This is Shannon’s third year as our sound tech and we are so grateful!

Our KMB director Bob Evans, has hit his 50th year of teaching & directing! 🤩
We are so grateful to Bob and for the support he has brought to Kankakee County over the last few years. Let us all give a congratulations on such a fantastic accomplishment! 🎉

Additionally, we have the pleasure of having Bob’s son, John Evans, join us this week as our guest conductor. Keeping things in the family!

It’s going to be a wonderful night of music and sweet treats! We’ll see you at the bandshell 👋🏻

WOW! Can you believe we are winding down to our last two concerts of the season? We can’t believe it either! 🥲

This Thursday, Candy & Cake will be on site to serve you those tasty treats you all love.

TONIGHT! ⭐️

Not only do we have our guest soloists, we have a few other special guests joining us for our concert.

Amy & daughter Chloe Shinnabarger, Zandrea Brandt, student Charlotte Wellman & Karol Domalik, student Gabriel Alvarez!

We are also welcoming back the local ensemble Sixth Position! They will be performing during our intermission.

Let’s make sure to show our KMB support for this fantastic group of musicians, soloists & special guests!

Oscar’s Meats will be on site - We’ll see ya at the bandshell! 🎶💫
