The Kankakee Art League meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, for a business meeting and art instruction, 8 months of the year. In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings, there are events and activities that will be announced separately.

Mandalas With Watercolor Pencils, will be the art program for our next meeting on Tuesday, September 16. We meet at the Lisieux Pastoral Center in Kankakee, at 9:30am,starting with the business meeting. Following that we gather our supplies, and Christine Michels will guide us to create a mandala of your choice, (or whatever else you choose!)using water soluble colored pencils and other media as you choose. Tips on using these pencils will be given along with some examples shown by Theresa Peterson.
