We're ready to launch our 2026-2027 season RIGHT NOW!!
This post has a ton of info in it for you. Some highlights...
1. We are offering our annual "pay in full" discount for 5 families. Must be paid by July 10 in order to receive the discount. Reach out to me directly!

2. Tiny Dancers is running a little differently this year...there's a whole separate post to follow explaining how it will work.

3. You will noticed Acro in Kane and Hip Hop in Ridgway are beginning later in the season. Acro will begin November 2 and Hip Hop in Ridgway will start after New Year's. If you register for these classes, you will not pay tuition for acro or hip hop until the classes begin!

4. Our dress code is stricter this year. We need parents to help us out. Please show up for class dressed for success! Our Nimbly shop is ready to help you dress like a dancer.

5. Registration will kick off in person July 8 and 9. Online registration will open July 10.

6. Pointe is by invite only. Dancers in pointe are required to take ballet.

7. SKDF Dancers are required to take ballet and lyrical.

8. Anyone wanting to dance at Disney is required to take ballet and jazz.

I see you, mom.

I see you wondering if dance is worth it. The time, the money, the commitment. You've seen on TV and social media that dance moms are crazy and there's so much drama. And there's tuition every month, costumes to buy, makeup on little girls and so many rhinestones.

Will your kiddo even get onstage at the end of the year? Will they learn anything?
Will they cry on the way in to the studio?

Oh sweet friend.

There's nothing quite like dance class.

Singing, twirling, jumping, creating, exploring, laughing, tapping...

From tiny little ballet shoes and sparkly tutus to pointe shoes and dances that take your breath away...it all goes by so fast. But dance helps us make memories that no one else gets to make. You'll make friends on day one, watch your daughter share a spot in class with a little girl you've never met and before you know it, they are in their first pair of pointe shoes together, growing up before your eyes.

Dance changes everything. One class or fifteen years...we're ready for you!

We had so much fun at Princess Camp this week! We finished up today with Princess hair, crowns and sashes. See you in the fall, princesses!!

Next week is our JUNIOR CAMP for second through fifth grade in both Kane and Ridgway. There's room to join us!

Next camp on the list...Student Choreography!

This is a special camp for us. We encourage our dancers to always be creating, experimenting, exploring movement and music in their own ways. All year long, our students get small chances to choreograph during class. But in the summer, we dedicate an entire week to choreography. Dancers will get a chance to create dances in lots of styles. Each dance has a different challenge or lesson to learn: short time frame, groups of different sizes, specific songs, emotions, stories or characters to portray, mixing age groups, including certain steps or tricks...even inside or outside! One exercise we do every year is coming up with an entire recital: Theme, songs, costumes...one year when we did this exercise, we actually used a group's theme for the dance recital the next year! It's incredible what our kids will create in 2 days.

Choreography camp is so much fun! We open it to dancers entering 2nd through 8th grade...we will divide ages and skills as needed. Honestly, the more diverse the group is the better!!

Princes Party starts tomorrow...but don't worry! We've got 3 more camps coming up this month.

We're highlighting ACRO CAMP today!! This is a perfect chance to get in the studio and work on new skills, clean up skills and get ready for the new dance year. Acro Camp is taught by Miss Kate this summer!

We split Acro Camp by level. Beginner is open to anyone. Intermediate/Advanced is for dancers who can do a back walkover.
