I’m so excited to be a part of the first semester at By Faith - Homeschool Collective !

This semester I’ll be teaching two classes:

✨ Aglow | Ages 5–7 | CLASS FULL
A joyful introduction to ballet with creative movement, foundational technique, music, and lots of fun!

🌟 Radiance | Ages 8–11 | SPOTS AVAILABLE
A beautiful blend of ballet technique, creative movement, musicality, and choreography in an encouraging, beginner-friendly environment.

If you were hoping to join Aglow this semester - or are just now learning about it - there will be another opportunity! Both Aglow and Radiance will be offered again next semester, and I’m also dreaming about adding a Little Lights option for ages 3-5. 🩰✨ So many fun things in the works for spring!

One thing I love is being able to offer families both longer-term and shorter-term ways to dance. Along with semester classes at By Faith, I also offer 4-week sessions with ballet (ages 3-11) and beginner hip-hop (ages 3-8), giving families the flexibility to choose what works best for their season and schedule. 🤍

We’re halfway through our Early Fall session and our next 4-week session is Late Fall, October 30–November 20!

Hip-hop has been such a fun addition to Illume this fall! 🎶✨

We’re halfway through our very first session offering beginner hip-hop, and these boys and girls have been an absolute blast to teach! Lots of movement, music, games, learning new steps, getting those wiggles out, and just having FUN 🤍

Just like our ballet classes, our hip-hop classes are beginner-friendly, age-appropriate, and full of encouragement — no previous dance experience needed!

🔥 Ignite! | Ages 5–8

Whether your dancer joined us this session or would love to try something new, both hip-hop classes will be offered again in our Late Fall 4-week session beginning at the end of October! 🍂

There's still one more day to join us! ✨ Fall classes start TOMORROW, and I’ll be keeping registration open through the end of the day today for anyone who’s been thinking about jumping in!

I’m so excited to welcome new dancers, see familiar little faces, and fill the studio with lots of movement, laughter, creativity, and FUN.

Teaching these kiddos has become such a sweet and fulfilling part of my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for every family who chooses to dance with me. 🤍

My Radiance girls. 💛✨
So grateful for this wonderful group and the joy they brought to our summer session!

This class is such a special age - old enough to dive into ballet technique, challenge themselves, and grow in confidence, while still holding onto so much joy and wonder. Seeing these dancers grow in both skill and confidence has been such a gift - truly one of my favorite parts of teaching!

And to my Little Lights and Aglow dancers - you filled the studio with such imagination, laughter, and joy these past weeks. I’m so thankful for every one of my summer dancers and the families who shared part of their summer with me. 💛

✨ Exciting news! We’re launching TWO beginner hip-hop classes this fall! ✨

When one of my dance mamas reached out asking if I’d ever consider offering a hip-hop class for slightly older dancers, it got me thinking… Instead of one class for ages 4-6, I’m so excited to share that Illume will now be offering two beginner hip-hop classes this fall - one for ages 3-5 and one for ages 5-7!

✨ Spark! (Ages 3-5)
30-Minute Class ~ $50 for each 4-Week Session
Now welcoming 3-year-olds! Spark! is a fun, high-energy class where boys and girls explore beginner hip-hop, creative movement, games, and obstacle courses while building confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.

💥 Ignite! (Ages 5-7)
30-Minute Class ~ $50 for each 4-Week Session
Ignite! is an energetic hip-hop class with upbeat music, age-appropriate choreography, creative movement, and freestyle! Boys and girls build confidence while developing rhythm, coordination, musicality, and performance skills.

I’m so thankful for families who share their ideas and encouragement - it truly helps me continue shaping Illume Dance in ways that serve our dancers well. 🤍

I slightly adjusted the schedule to make it easier for dancers of both age groups to take both ballet and hip-hop, if they'd like.
