I was always jealous of artists. I wished I could draw, or paint, or make music. My shaky hands and lack of imagination blocked me.

Turns out…I just wanted to CREATE. My belief about art being a skill or talent was so limited.

For me, it’s about getting out of my head and into my heart. Not listening to the voices that say “you aren’t any good at this” “no one will like it” “you have no talent”

Oh how our protective egos try so hard to “help” us!

Success to me is just thinking “isn’t this so pretty?”
