Hey, everybody! We’ve got a little life update for you! As most of you will know, Eathan and I have both been incredibly busy working on shows, working day jobs, and also juggling a move. Due to these circumstances, we decided to take a brief hiatus while we figure out what we’re going to do with the show. We’re talking to some friends about possibly handing the show over to them for the summer while we’re in Indiana. We plan to be back soon with content and maybe two new hosts for a little while.

Looking for something to do this weekend or next? Consider some live theatre! “Psycho Beach Party” at the Kalamazoo Civic’s Parish theater. Or perhaps “Guys and Dolls” over at Western Michigan University’s Shaw Theater. Both open tonight and run through next weekend! You can also catch Queer Theater Kalamazoo’s production of “Of Masquerade and Rhymes” which closes this weekend! Tickets for “Psycho Beach Party” and “Guys and Dolls” have tickets available at the door or through their respective websites and QTK has tickets at the door! See some live theatre!!

AUDITIONS TODAY & WEDNESDAY!
Don't be shy! Face Off Theatre Company needs boys, girls, and adult women for our "Amazing Grace" youth play about a black, Trinidadian girl who loves to act out stories. Note: The supporting children's roles are written for a multiracial cast, specifically Hispanic, white, East Indian, American Indian, African, as well as African-American youngsters.
WHEN
6-9 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, March 26-27, at the Black Arts & Cultural Center, 2nd fl., Epic Center, 359 S. Kalamazoo Mall, downtown Kalamazoo. No appointment required.
SEEKING
3 women, 6 girls (ages 8-14), 4 boys (ages 8-14), plus other children 5-15 years old.
PROCESS
No need to prepare a selection. A script will be supplied at the audition (about 20 mins). If you prefer, bring a poem, a song or monologue if you have one.

Great news from Kindleberger! Stay tuned for when they announce their big musical!

The Kindleberger Arts is excited to announce our 2019 Kindleberger Summer Festival of the Performing Arts Youth production of THE SKOKIE DETECTIVE CHARTER SCHOOL, written by Philip Dawkins and directed by Zac Thompson!

At The Skokie Detective Charter School, all the students are detectives-in-training, learning firsthand how to follow the facts and find a logical solution. But these future super sleuths are about to encounter their biggest case yet when students start acting strangely, monsters are spotted in the hallway, and their teacher goes missing! These tiny private eyes reconstruct the day's events through four classic story-telling perspectives (film noir, young adult mystery, Edwardian romance and Spaghetti Western) to solve the mystery in this clever and fast-paced comedy.

Performances run Wed, July 10 – Fri, July 12 at 5:30pm and Sat, July 13 – Sun, July 14 at 3:30pm at The Stage in Kindleberger Park. Join us for one or five performances of a friendly family show for kids and adults alike! Stay tuned for audition workshop and play audition dates and details!
