Join us for our ANYTHING GOES Paint Day!

Scenic Designer, David Kyhn, is looking for painting help for Anything Goes at the Civic Auditorium on August 29, 2026, from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. Those helping need to wear clothes that they can get paint on and be ready to get a little messy. Youth 9-16 years old who would like to assist with painting the set need to be accompanied by an adult. All help is welcome! When you arrive, please come to the auditorium stage door on the west side of the building under the green awning to be let in. Have a question? The Kalamazoo Civic Theatre is now hiring bartenders for our upcoming 26-27 season!

Ideal candidates will enjoy engaging with the public, bring a positive attitude, and be quick to solve problems. This is a seasonal position, averaging around 12 hours per week, primarily on evenings and weekends. As a bartender, youโ€™ll be responsible for welcoming guests, delivering prompt and friendly service, and helping ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Core duties include taking food and drink orders, pouring beverages, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean bar area.
