Rising Heights Dance is so excited for Miss Caressa to join us behind the desk AND in the classroom this year!

Caressa has been in the studio since the start as a parent, and now she is part of our fabulous front desk staff! She supports the studio through administrative excellence, competition coordination and managing online communication. With a background in cheerleading and as a two year cheer captain you'll find her teaching our precious poms class this year!

Caressa brings a strong passion for youth activities and teamwork. Caressa is currently pursing her Bachelor's Degree in elementary education and is especially dedicated to supporting families in our studio by building fundraising connections and working closely with booster club to ensure all students can have access to dance, regardless of finances!

FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES WAS A BLAST!!! 💜

Our teachers loved having our dancers back in the studio and seeing all of their smiling faces! We were so excited for everyone to meet our new teachers! We cannot wait for another amazing year at Rising Heights Dance!

Miss Chloe makes every dance memory even sweeter at Rising Heights Dance!

Chloe started dancing in the first grade at Academy of Dance Arts in Rapid City, South Dakota where she did ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. She went en pointe at the age of 12 and was invited to a summer intensive at Ballet West in Utah. She danced for her high school in Provo, and shortly after graduating she married and moved to the Pacific Northwest to be near family! She loves working with children and spending time with her dogs.

Chloe began teaching dance at Rising Heights Dance in 2023. Chloe loves to teach our littlest dancers and always encourages positivity in her classes and within her dancers. As long as her students are cheering themselves and others on, loving their dancing selves, and improving each week her goal as a teacher is fulfilled!

Rising Heights Dance is so excited to welcome back Miss Morgan as a ballet instructor this year!

Morgan has been dancing since she was very young and has spent years training, performing, and competing in a variety of dance styles at local studios. Through her own experience as a dancer, she has developed a strong appreciation for the dedication, confidence, and joy that dance can bring. She especially loves working with younger dancers and helping them develop strong technique and a positive foundation that they can continue to build on as they grow.

Morgan also trained under Miss Madison, who helped mentor and train her as a teacher’s assistant. This experience gave her the opportunity to begin developing her own skills as an instructor. Morgan is currently continuing her education while also teaching at the studio, allowing her to grow both as a student and as a teacher. She is so excited to be teaching Ballet 1 and sharing her love of dance with her students. She looks forward to getting to know each dancer, helping them build confidence and strong ballet technique, and making wonderful memories together throughout the year.

Morgan is excited for a fun-filled year of learning, growing, and, most importantly, dancing!

Miss Madison has created a youth theater program! Go like our theater program page and see the details for our first production!

We are so excited to announce this new theater program built specifically to provide community theater opportunities for youth in our community!

Our first planned production is Annie Jr!

Auditions will be held October 24th, each age group will receive a small audition piece to prepare.
6-8 year olds will audition 10am-11am
9-11 year olds will audition 11am-12pm
12-18 year olds will audition 12pm-2pm

Audition fees are $25 per child and a spot is guaranteed!

Rehearsals will be held on Fridays or Saturdays from November-March and the performances will be held the weekend of March 19-20th.

Rising Heights Dance wouldn't be the same without our incredible front desk staff! From account questions to band-aids, dance shoes to registration, Miss Bre is ready to solve any problem!

Breanna has been a dance parent with Miss Madison since the beginning, and has joined Rising Heights Dance last year as part of our incredible front desk staff! She has made the best and biggest splash in the organization, daily tasks, calls, emails and making connections with our dancers! She has been a part of the Rising Heights Dance family as a parent for several years and moving to this position has been such a blessing to our studio! She also work as nurse at a school and loves getting to help kids in many places! Her focus on health and organization adds so much to our studio and we're so grateful she is part of the team!

Rising Heights Dance is grateful for Miss Angela and can't wait for a great year of her Co-directing competition teams and teaching Hip Hop and Pom classes!

Angela began her dance and cheer journey at 5 years old! She loved to dance from an early age and started with jazz, ballet, tap and lyrical classes. In middle school, she focused on cheerleading and tumbling. During high school she competed on a nationally ranked squad and also began to coach a Pop Warner cheerleading squad. In 2019, she relocated from California to the PNW with her family. She loves exploring this area and making new friends.

Since moving to Cowlitz County, she began teaching dance again, completed her RN degree, and stays busy with her children! She has a passion for competition and will be taking charge of our Rising Heights Dance competition teams this season!
