Support our troops pen made with padauk wood.
This kind of wood is bright orange or almost crimson wood when freshly cut, but oxidizes to a darker, rich purple-brown over time.
It is a straight, well shaped tree. Reaches 100 feet with a buttressed trunk which may be 48" at breast height.
Padauk grows in Western Africa.

This pen found a new home with USMC service members.
