GTC invites young performers to join its Summer Theater Camp, taking place July 27–31, 2026, in Junction City. Campers work with local artists to build skills, confidence, and friendships while creating live theater together. 🎭. Designed for ages 12–18, this one-week immersive camp runs Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 3 PM and offers hands-on experience in all aspects of theater.

So many smiles, so much laughter, and already so much talent in one room, it’s clear this cast is something special. From first reads to first connections, the energy today was everything.

✨ We are still actively looking for understudies! Comment below 👋 or Direct Message us to join in on the fun: An understudy is someone who learns a principal role and steps in if needed and gets their own moment to shine. For this production, understudies will perform in a dedicated show on the last Sunday 🎬

We have three confirmed understudies so far who will be performing in one show (for sure) and will step in if needed.

This is the first time since GTCs inception in 2017 where we have actively pursued understudies. We hope to bring this as a common practice for all principal roles in future shows.
