One thing that’s fun about Plein air painting is that it’s a snapshot of a moment in time.
I have heard about restoration projects greenlit because of paintings providing evidence of old growth.
Given everything on fire right now, I can’t help but wonder how many of these local scene will be drastically changed this season.
