Save the date, y'all — Big Rig Boo V is coming in HOT on Saturday, October 10th, 2026! 🔥

👻 Truck or Treating | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Hop from truck to truck (semis, tractors, and more!) and load up on treats with the whole family. Costumes encouraged! 🎃

💥 Truck & Tractor Pull | Kicks off at 4:00 PM
Stick around for some serious horsepower as the trucks, tractors, and semis go head to head in the pull of the day!

To our Fairboard members and employees: thank you for the countless hours of planning, problem-solving, and hard work that went into making the 2026 Scott County Fair a success. From the months of preparation beforehand to the early mornings and late nights during fair week, your commitment doesn't go unnoticed.

You handled the big details and the small ones, kept things running smoothly, and made sure every part of the fair — from the grounds to the events to the guest experience — came together seamlessly. This fair is a reflection of your dedication to our community, and we couldn't do it without you.

Saturday night meant one thing — total demolition! 💥🚗

The Scott County Fair Demolition Derby tore up the grandstand Saturday night starting at 6 PM, and it lived up to its reputation as one of the most destructive and popular events of the whole fair. 🔥

Drivers battled it out across a full lineup of classes:
🚙 Stock Truck Class
🚗 Midsize Class
💪 PowderPuff Class
⛓️ 80's and Newer Chain Class
🚘 Mighty Mini's
🏆 Limited Weld Stock Classic Class

Crunching metal, flying dirt, and a fired-up crowd made for an unforgettable night, capped off with the always-popular watermelon smash! 🍉

A huge thank you to our drivers, sponsors, and everyone who packed the stands to cheer on the chaos! 🙌

To everyone who walked through our gates during the 2026 Scott County Fair — thank you for being the heart of it all!

None of this would mean anything without you. You filled the midway with laughter, cheered on the competitions, tried the food, explored the exhibits, and made memories with family and friends that will last long after the lights went out. Your energy and excitement are what make fair week so special, year after year.

Whether this was your first fair or your fiftieth, we're so grateful you chose to spend your time with us. Thank you for supporting our vendors, cheering on our royalty, and celebrating everything that makes Scott County such a wonderful place to call home.

Big-time pulling power hit Scott County! 🚜🔥

Friday night was all about horsepower as the National Tractor Pullers Association (NTPA) rolled into the Scott County Fair, presented locally by the United Pullers of Minnesota. 💪

Competitors battled it out across a stacked lineup of classes, including:
🚜 Pro Farm Tractors
🚛 Super Semi Trucks
🏁 Front Wheel Drive (FWD), Limited Pro, Pro Stock Semi, and Super Farm classes

The grandstand was packed as sleds got dragged down the track run after run, engines roaring and crowds cheering every foot gained. 🔥🏆

It's one of the biggest nights of the fair — pulling power at its finest, straight from one of the top pulling circuits in the country. 🇺🇸

This fair week wouldn't have felt complete without our incredible local royalty by our side!

To the Belle Plaine Royalty, Belle Plaine Irish Day Royalty, and Jordan Royalty — thank you for showing up with smiles, sashes, and so much community pride. Whether you were chatting with fairgoers or lending your time to fair events, you reminded us all what it means to represent a hometown well.

Being a royalty representative isn't just about the crown — it's about showing up, again and again, for the people and places you love. And that's exactly what you did.
