When booking your appointment, you are booking for a particular piece that has been prior discussed. Completely changing the tattoo within 48hrs of your appointment will forfeit initial deposit. -You will only be allowed to reschedule twice without being required to pay another deposit. Emergencies will be taken into consideration. If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW for your appointment you will forfeit your entire deposit and will be required to pay in full the entire amount to reschedule. Please have your babysitter in place as this will not be considered an emergency. No children under the age of 12.
-If rescheduling, this must be done when you let us know you need to reschedule. A new agreed upon date must be set up for appointment to keep initial deposit. DO NOT SHOW UP SUNBURNED, PEELING OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS OR YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT. Sec. 8.3.1,8.3.3 Ark Dept. Health

-Touch ups will be required to give a 48 hour notice to reschedule. If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW for your touch up you will be required to pay $60 to get a new appointment to reschedule.
