Just a whole lot of painting

Cheers to one year! (And a month!) This wedding painting had a more “abstract” style that focused on bright colors and the layout of their reception. This was one of the BEST nights of my life, the dance floor was never empty, the guests were so kind, and my bride and groom were amazing. I even met a very special lady, Mrs Lisa, who I’ve grown to love!! Opportunities like this are what makes painting fun. The ability to meet people and watch strangers turn into dear friends is something I will never take for granted🩷

I am beyond excited to share that I have been selected as an artist for the upcoming 200 FOR 200: The Collective Exhibition. This is my first juried art show and I am thrilled for this opportunity.

This show is a celebration of the 200th anniversary for the town of Thomasville, Georgia, featuring artwork which symbolizes the history, culture, and other aspects which make this town unique.

I have found my passion in the Lord’s creation of the outdoors and the many animals who dwell in it. I look forward to shedding light on these beautiful animals and their home in Georgia. As many people may know, Thomasville holds a special place in my heart and has inspired many of my works.

Since I shared this Mother’s Day oil portrait I’ve received emails wanting further information. For a few years, I’ve mainly focused on outdoor sporting art, however I also offer a variety of other mediums and subjects. Since it is summer break from college I will be accepting children and adult portraits. Due to time being limited, my recommendation is to reach out through email to begin placing your order. I am happy to discuss further details such as timeline and sizing. Turn around time can vary, but my goal is keep my work load light when I return to school in the fall, so now is the perfect time to email!
