Nowell Park Recreation Center and the Joliet Park District want to send a HUGE thank you to all of our amazing sponsors, local businesses, community partners, volunteers, and everyone who helped make our Back to School Festival such a success!

Because of your generosity and support, we were able to hand out OVER 700 BACKPACKS to local families! 🎒❤️

✨ Join us for a family-friendly evening of fun at Heggie Park! In partnership with the Collins St Neighborhood Council , we’re turning movie night into a mini community day.

Enjoy Tacos, frozen yogurt from TCBY, activities for kids, info from local community agencies, and “Smurfs” in Spanish on the big screen! Bring a blanket and come hang with your neighbors! FREE and open to all!
