Kingsport Ballet announces their upcoming production, "Vincent"! This is a brand-new contemporary ballet, featuring original choreography, hand-painted sets, and curated costumes. This is a one-of-a-kind, Kingsport-made event!!

Internationally known storyteller Bobby Norfolk will be at the gallery Wednesday, June 18, to tell stories around the Juneteenth theme. Doors open at 6 p.m. Performance starts at 6:30.

Just 8 days to go until the Art in Bloom Market at Fischman Gallery!

This spring market will feature a variety of local artists, makers, and small businesses all coming together for a one-day event. You’ll find handmade goods, unique art, and thoughtful gifts for anyone who loves to shop small and support the local community.

It’s happening on Saturday, May 31st from 9AM to 2PM at Fischman Gallery, located at 133 N Commerce St in downtown Johnson City.

There’s a room at Fischman Gallery available to rent $25 covers the entire day. It can be used for a variety purposes: teaching, small gatherings, working on creative projects, or setting up a brief, coinvent work space.

It’s a simple, functional space that’s easy to make your own for the day. Whether you're meeting with others or working solo, it’s a flexible option that can suit a lot of different needs.

Come by on Sunday, March 23rd, for an engaging afternoon of spoken word and open mic performances, showcasing works written by female authors and hosted by Susan Lachmann. Sign-ups start at 2:30 PM, with the event running from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Feel free to stop by Lazy Lady Bakery, which will be open until 2:00 PM, before the event begins.

Also, don’t forget—the artwork currently on display will be available for viewing and purchase through March 30th!

Two pieces from the "My Life's Progression in Art" exhibit, "Farmstead Outbuilding" and "Fishing On Watauga" were recently sold! The exhibit is up until March 30th with plenty of great work available for viewing and purchase.
