Johnson city tn,listen to me. We ,and that includes me,need to implement neighborhood watch programs. The reason? So kids can roam freely the way God intended it to be. Riding bikes, congrating where ever they want to , parents and kids themselves have nothing to worry about. This should be implemented immediately for the sake of our kids. They need freedom of movement! They can't exist as normal kids when they are held back.

The real wall is between
