I'm so glad you came to visit & learn some great paper crafting tips and techniques. I hope that my work inspires you as we create together. My name is Heather Van Looy. I am a middle school math teacher who loves her crafts! Although I enjoy teaching, my most important job is being mom to my precious son, Carter. He is the best part of even the worst of days! I am blessed to have the privilege of

being his mother. Although I can think of many words to describe myself, creative & crafty would definitely be near the top of the list. I have enjoyed many different art forms over the years. I am a photographer, I enjoy jewelry design, digital scrapbooking & sewing, just to name a few. If you can think of it, I've probably tried it. My most recent passion, however, is card making. I love creating something special and sharing it with others. There is nothing like going to the mailbox and finding a little treasure from someone dear buried in with all the junk mail and bills! It brings me great pleasure to explore all the different ways I can combine textures and elements to create something beautiful. My own love for this hobby is what lead me to become a Stampin' Up!
