I knew the rock was heavy … but didn’t realize how much it actually weighed when i started it. Lets just say it is a solid 42.8lbs 🤪 Which is kinda ironic since they weighed in at 42 & 43 lbs at that tournament.

Memorial Day will forever have an extra special meaning to me. Not only is it a day to honor and mourn all who have lost their lives while serving, it now marks the anniversary of my mom’s passing. Can’t believe it’s already been 1 year. Miss her more than ever these days and wish I could just pick up the phone and talk to her. But she’s definitely left us with some memories that are hard to forget. Good and Bad. 💛
