We will be featuring wh***ey - Old Grandad Bourbon and Sazerac Rye.

Customer's will receive:
1x Neat Pour of Old Grandad Bourbon and Sazerac Rye.
Whiksey Sour
Manhattan ..but...most importantly, we will have fun discussing the methods, creation, and history behind the spirits we all know and love.

Our wh***ey selection just keeps on growing!

We are officially at 252 bottles of wh***ey! We just went over 250 this week, and the timing couldn't be better as we celebrate our nation's 250th birthday!

We have the best bourbon and rye selection in Southern IL, with several tasty Irish, Scotch, and Canadian offerings as well. Keep an eye out for our new wh***ey menu. Can't decide? Enjoy a flight and peruse our best selection around.

The Kentucky Monk.

While on a recent pilgrimage to Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort KY, we were struck with divine inspiration! And the Kentucky Monk was born!

Old Grandad Bourbon, Green Chartreuse, Lemon, and Fig Jam Syrup comprise this heavenly elixir.

The Bourbon is from Kentucky, but the Green Chartreuse is made by French monks; only two of which ever know the true recipe to. It combines over 130 different herbs and spices, and the liqueur itself has been in existence for over 500 years. Describing its taste falls short...it is a combination of flavors that give a menthol, minty flavor, but you truly just have to try it to understand.
