We are super excited to announce our upcoming exhibition, featuring two funhouse-finery artists, Amelia Shields and Macauley Norman. This show — ROCKABYE BABY — is bubbling over with buoyancy and brightness, with candy-color paintings and delightful nods-to and balking-of tradition.

We absolutely adore both of these artists and it’s a total joy to work with them and to share their work with you. ROCKABYE BABY features several dozen paintings, a transporting & interactive installation (fun for all ages!), and a jaw-dropping performance piece (date & time TBA).

Join us for the Opening Reception this Saturday, June 13th, from 7-11pm. The artists will be in the building!!

This weekend is the last chance to catch our all women show, SHE’S LIKE THE WIND, featuring 14 artists and spanning mediums from paintings to fiber art and ceramic sculpture and styles from realism to sci-fi, folk to surreal.

We are incredibly psyched for, proud of and impressed by Deep Space artist Elliot Lobell, who debuted his stop motion masterpiece today at the Coney Island Film Festival, a lifelong dream of his, that he made come true!!

EDWARD is a 7-minute short that Elliot worked on for 7 years. His vision and his steadfast determination to bring it to life have boggled and inspired us all. We cannot wait for the world to behold the result of his hard work. It’s so worth the long journey it took to arrive here.

Congratulations, Elliot!!!! What an achievement!!!! It’s been an honor to witness your process throughout this years-long journey. ✨✨✨
