"News lads - our wars are done!"

I cannot even begin to express my heartfelt gratitude for everyone involved in making this production happen. We set out to conquer a challenge and I believe we did just that.

Thank you to the immensely talented, hardingworking and unbelievably understanding cast. Your ability to not only be talented performers, but team players, willing to be flexible and make lemonade out of everything does not go unnoticed. Thank you for working with us, and for being real friends. Your empathy and grace are tremendous.

To our venues - thank you for hosting us once again. We appreciate all the volunteers who come out to host each night's show, Doreen - for your enthusiasm and for always making sure we have 3verything we need. Rod - my god, I cannot say enough good things about your generosity and the PR photos you took are some of the most stunning ones we have ever had as a company.

And last, but of course not least - to our audiences, friends, family and community: thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and love you show us year after year. The love you have shown us does not go unnoticed.

🎭 Meet the Cast! 🎭
In all of the craziness leading up to opening weekend—wildfire smoke, the threat of severe weather, last-minute venue changes, and everything else that comes with live theatre—we realized we never got the chance to introduce you to the final (and perhaps the most important!) member of our cast.

🎭 Meet Joshua Eaddy as Othello.

Making his Hudson Shakespeare Company debut, Joshua takes on one of the most demanding and iconic roles in all of Shakespeare: the noble Moor of Venice, whose journey from celebrated general to tragic hero has captivated audiences for more than 400 years.

Joshua has brought tremendous heart, passion, and dedication to this production, and we couldn't be more excited to have him leading our cast. If you haven't had the chance to see him yet, don't miss this opportunity to experience his powerful performance in Shakespeare's timeless tragedy.
