We did it, A dynamic team of Of 18 singers and musicians joined this brilliant composer Brian Webster, to create a spectacular a new sacred Christmas Anthem titled “THE SON OF LIGHT”!

This is a sneak preview and it will be coming out worldwide on all the normal radio streaming places like Spotify and stores like iTunes etc. very shortly an album release with possibly 10 different versions. This is the four ensemble creation which I have the honor to produce the past two weeks.

I only heard the song the the first time maybe 15 days ago. Brian emailed me the sheet music and I played it on my piano and they move me into tears. I simply had to make a demo recording and I sent it out to a lot of my musical friends and I’m so thankful to this group who is able and such short notice and such trying times especially just before Christmas to pull us all together.

Some people came to my studio which is so awkward with social distancing of course, some recorded actually in their homes with Studio quality equipment. (If you put a condenser microphone into a clothing closet and have a high definition audio recorder, and put on headphones and listen to the music for another source… And if your room is quiet… That it sounds pretty close to a professional studio vocal booth. One singer recorded in the city of St. Louis and sent it to me. The drums are recorded in Sardinia, Italy in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.

How cool is all this to celebrate the real reason for the season? Have the healthiest, safest Merriest of Christmas possible friends.

Turn on your sound system and your subwoofers increase this music or as long as you possibly can in your headphones and enjoy Christmas Day.

I HAVE A REAL DREAM NOW

I was inspired to compose the lyrics for the song portion of this music video in 2008 in memory of the legendary Dr. Martin Luther King Junior.

My dear friend Steve Clark is a multi platinum record producer in Europe, and he composed the instrumental track and had to Prague Symphony Orchestra record the session. It’s simply spectacular!

I invited seven amazing young adults who I was mentoring in the early stages of my MusicTech Teens program, to make a professional recording at my SkyRoom Studio and then they permitted me to direct the filming & editing of this music video.

They have gone on to do some truly amazing things: one is a successful Hollywood film producer who has previously earned the title “Miss Teen Model Of The Universe”, four of them have performed by Music in Disney, to have performed on a United States active aircraft carrier deck in a concert to give awareness to 9/11 heroes a national radio New York City, one has performed in Carnegie Hall, and even in the “Hall of Heroes“ in a Pentagon. the others have made additional music videos with me. One actually named his first born “David“! Blush!

The message Dr. Martin Luther King Junior who boldly lived his life to help spread to the world, is represented in this song and is timeless... ESPECIALLY IN AMERICA NOW!
