Hey, how you doin'? Even if you aren't a Friends' fan, I think you would know this immortal line by Joey.
Anyway, just wanted to check up on you, to know how you guys are doing. Been a minute since I last posted, and I guess I will not be able to post with any degree of regularity right now, but such is life. I will strive to post more regularly though, and it won't be 2 months before you hear from your friendly, neighbourhood bundle of mischief.

What is love? Is it the feeling when you see someone for the first time and you know that you would love to spend the rest of your life with them?

Is it the feeling when you see someone after spending 30 years of your life with them and knowing what they mean to you and what you mean to them?

Is it limited to just lovers, and partners, and couples, and humans?

How about this Valentine's Day, we also celebrate our live for small, magical, furry creatures with a lot of curiosity and a little bit of mischief who are experts at stealing harts?

Happy Valentine's Day my friends, and I hope you have a great day with people and animals (and even plants) that you love!

Well, I seem to have learnt some degree of jumping-ness when I see the possibilities of something good turning out of a situation. I have been a professional-grade over-thinker all my life but through practice, I seem to leaping a bit more, looking a little less.

There is a lot going in the World right now.

India is suffering through a huge humanitarian crisis - the coronavirus cases don't seem to be subsiding anytime soon. As I am typing this I hear sirens of ambulances, which keep shuttling up and down, carrying sick people to the various hospitals which are themselves at over capacity.

If you can donate to any of the multiple platforms and causes which are providing medicines, food and oxygen and generally helping out, please do so. Every small and big contribution will help.

There are other things happening in the World as well, political things, which are beyond the scope of my limited understanding. I just hope and pray that we begin to see the humans without whatever identifiers (religion, color, ethnicity, language) they might be carrying right now.

Hope peace and good health prevails. Hang in there.

Sometimes it comes easily. Sometimes it is hard. But kindness can heal both - the person being kind, and the recipient of that kindness. We seldom understand where someone else's shoe is pinching, so the least we can do is be kind. What does it cost anyway?

And even if it does cost some, the Universe has this weird habit of sending it back to us. Through someone else. It's a strange cycle of kindness that generates more kindness and then there's so much kindness that it's just a warm, gooey mess. Isn't that nice?
