Introducing our newest creation paying homage to a beautiful classic composed in 1963, by the amazing hit pop song team Hal David and Bert Baccarach.
This hip-hop Reggaetón styling is performed by the amazing 17-year-old twin brother singers ERIC and JOHN ROSADO (The Rosados) and I joined by the very creative rapper/ producers DRÉ SB & GURU THA GAWD. It’s produced by me, David Musial. I got the idea on January 6 with what happened in our nation and thought the title of the song is really what we need. This dynamic team who has already been in front of over 2 million people since we started working with the twins when they were 12 years old, completely agreed.
I decided to scout out the location that was designed and constructed at the same time that the song ironically was made in 1963, the worlds Fairgrounds by Mets baseball stadium in Flushing Meadow Queens Park, New York City. I decided to put my bicycle on the subway in front of my SkyRoom Studio, and just go for an adventure one day by myself and I was shocked when I discovered the “FOG FOUNTAIN”. There are 500 “jets“ mounted flush into the concrete very miraculously creating this otherworldly effect… It gave me the idea to have the artist dress in “white hippie shirts“ as if they were visionaries in the clouds looking down on the world and saying what we really need is love sweet love… Wake up!
So we did our best with limited resources, and also trying to find times when we all could be there when the sky would be white and cloudy but not raining and not windy… So I took many trips and many months to create what we feel is a really cool masterpiece!
All proceeds goes to the original composers and we did this for an artistic tribute.
