IN PROGRESS… Hit a milestone on the new Fiji themed sleeve I’m working on. I got the entire first pass achieved. Ready to start the final pass from top to bottom and complete everything. I made this using my own underwater photograpy I captured while diving in Fiji.
Everything looks a bit rough at this stage in the process. I’m not focused on refining at this point, but rather getting the entire sleeve built first. Then I fine tune everything in the next stage. I’ll start that next week.

LONG RUNS in the South Florida sun are no joke! 90° and sunny today felt like running in a sauna. At the same time it felt great though. Cleanse the body and cleanse the soul. Freeing my mind at the same time. I’m so grateful for my health, my sobriety, and this life! God is great and Christ is King!

Just received the new drop adidas ADIZERO ADIOS PRO 5. Super stoked to get them just in time for my weekly SUNDAY LONG RUN. I gotta say they lived up to all the hype. I’ve seen all the reviews about the outsole wearing issues but I had no problems. Mine held up great. It was a nice soft ride. I’d give them a high recommendation. What a blessed day! Thank you JESUS!! 🙏🏼

Sunday LONG RUNS are my favorite. The highlight of my week. Especially when I do them with my favorite running partner and get my ass kicked! NONSTOP! Straight from the run to an 8 hour drive to the beach house and studio in Florida. No rest for the anointed. I love you Jesus! You always got my back!

I just ran in the 2026 HARVEST HUSTLE 5K.
Part of the Kennesaw Ga. Grand Prix Race Series. I ended up winning 2nd place in my age group. Great chance to focus on my speed work and have a lot of fun with some of my favorite people to run with. Including my nephew Samuel Plunkett. Great way to start my Saturday before an all day tattoo session I did SOS TATTOO / PIERCING / PERMANENT MAKEUP / TATTOO REMOVAL. Just like every race I run and everything else I do in life, I owe it all to CHRIST THE KING!! Thank you LORD for loving me 🙏🏼
