Proving Grounds may be gone, but the friendship, brotherhood and camaraderie lives on in each of us. Wednesday, June 20th starting at 6:00PM we would like to invite all of our brethren out for dinner and beverages at Frankie V’s restaurant / bar located at 1420 28th Street SW Wyoming (located right next door to the old Studio 28 movie theater). The food here is amazing, tons of TV’s to watch all the games on, and of course a bar for those who require a cool beverage. Believe it or not, Frankie V’s was the birthplace of Proving Grounds several years ago. We have come full circle. Be ready for lots of joking around, laughter, and just good old fun. This invitation is open to all of the PG crew, racers, friends, friends of friends, lets just put it this way, if you have ever raced an RC car with anyone in the Grand Rapids area, your invited. We hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone whose been helping out around the track. Lee is going through some tough times at the moment, so all the racers who've been chipping in it really makes a big difference.

I'm really hoping more racers get involved helping out here and there, so we can keep PG up to s***f. I guess there was a misconception that it was my or the crews responsibility to do everything around the facility. While we are happy to take care of the more technical aspects it is simply unrealistic to expect Lee and myself and the crew to cover everything. So thanks again for taking the bull by the horns and helping out where needed.

Everyone at Proving Grounds Raceway is very excited to have great competition coming over from the East side this weekend. Cannot wait for the East VS West Shootout. If anybody has any questions or needs any information feel free to comment on this post!
