Louisville and Southern Indiana's premier wedding venue and banquet facility. Refurbished and opened as a banquet facility to accommodate 400 people in 2000.

Originally built in 1880 this beautiful building housed the 1st JCPenney's in the state of Indiana. A devastating fire that took out the whole city block brought down the original structure in Jan. 2004.
