Mrs. Ansleigh W. Standridge, Founder & Artistic Director, and Mrs. Ashley Matveyev, Assistant Artistic Director!
We exist to shine the light of Jesus through ballet. It is our honor to worship with you. With The Lord’s precious guidance, Mrs. Ansleigh & Mrs. Ashley have carefully cultivated a place where girls are taught to worship with their entire bodies. A form of art that truly glorifies The Lord from the tip of our toes to the top of our buns! This dream began when Mrs. Ansleigh was just 13 years old! And now this sweet dream has grown into two studio locations and a community of hundreds little dancers, all centered around one mission — Turning Talent into Worship!
Mrs. Ansleigh has personally been on a stage performing since the age of two. Through numerous ballet productions, Nutcrackers, ministering through ballet in Brazil and Guatemala, attending Brenau University on a dance scholarship, The Miss Georgia finals stage and Ballet Magnificat’s Teacher Program, she has formed a passion for this beautiful form of worship. Beyond PGD, Mrs. Ansleigh has served as a guest choreographer, director, and pageantry coach, continually pouring into the next generation of young women both on and off the stage.
Mrs. Ashley is a graduate from the University of Georgia, and now she has her dream job of watching dancers take the stage and worship through their gift of dance! She has been apart of PGD since 2022. She stepped into the Children’s Director Position at the beginning of 2025 and is now transitioning to our overall Assistant Artistic Director. Assisting in bringing beautiful productions to life and see the girls shine the Lord’s light on stage is her dream come true!
Together, Mrs. Ansleigh & Mrs. Ashley bring training in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Tap, Lyrical, Improv, Variations, Pilates & Strength Training, with additional training in Pom from Mrs. Ashley and PBT Certification from Mrs. Ansleigh. It is now their greatest honor to pour all of this into the next generation!
