The NE-EDT Series is honored to announce that Mike Mullins #24 will be sponsoring the 35+ Class this season. 🏁❤️

Ohio is working toward introducing a new bill for "Inherent Risk", the goal is to reduce the number of frivolous lawsuits that cost all of us in the end. The defense alone drives up insurance costs, and thus operating costs for tracks. This in turn drives up the fee to ride and race. I think that if this bill becomes law, it may help reduce that trend, or at least slow it down. Ultimately as off-road enthusiasts we want to remain insurable, and protect our opportunities to ride and race long into the future.

I've seen some posts about this poster that are not correct, i thought i would post this out there with some facts. These bills/laws are not being developed to prevent lawsuits for gross negligence, it is not going to limit your riding or racing, it in no way is going to limit the number of tracks, sanctioned events, or any other nonsense being posted in response to this poster.
