"Keep It Old-Time" is an informal concert and discussion of Missouri's rich heritage of traditional fiddle and dance music. The program includes author, retired MU professor, and fiddler Howard Marshall and his long-time friends, Heinrich Leonhard (guitar) and Kathy Gordon (bass). The library will be having a line dancing class on Monday, June 15, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Come and kick up your heels, learning some fun family-friendly line dances for ages 8-adult. The class is presented by MidMo Conservatory of Dance.

We will be hosting Beat the Heat with MRRL at Riverside Park from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will have oversized games, sidewalk chalk, hula hoops, jump ropes, bubbles, and more.
