Buffalo River Theater The Buffalo River Theater has been newly renovated and re-opened as a Community Performing Arts Center- Non-Profit organization in Jasper, Arkansas.

The Buffalo River Theater is a true gem, in the heart of Jasper Arkansas. The Theater is the only Theater, in Newton County, which is alos the only one in our National Park, surrounding The Buffalo River. We also serve as a Movie Theater, Local Radio Station and is available for Events, Fundraisers, Bands and Performers. As of 2014, we have started an After School Performing Arts program called

Kid Beat. We are a Non-Profit 501c-3 organization. Our ticket prices vary-for Free community events, and Vary from $3-12.00 for concerts. Children under 2 are free.

Homegrown favorites The Little Buffalo River Band open the Parthenon Fair Friday Sept. 16 at 7PM! Local, natural beef burger meals are $7 from 6-8.

Buffalo Theater Youth Art
Summer Schedule

The Youth Art program will continue to offer free art classes for children and youth. Art classes will be included with the summer camp, beginning June 20th. An additional class for older children will be offered at Jasper School on Tuesday afternoons, from 12:30 – 2:30, June 21st to July 26th.. The Buffalo Theater Board of Directors in Jasper is accepting applications for a part-time Art Director/Teacher for an After-School Visual Arts Program to serve school-aged students.
