Well it's been a rocky road building Game Boy systems lately, we've had to deal with some parts not exactly holding up to the standards we expect from FunnyPlaying but they are working with us to make it right. We have been able to get some built though, here's a look at some of what's been put together!

Finished up my latest custom GBA SP. This one is already sold but I thought everyone would enjoy seeing it! If you like this, the are 3 more just like it on the way.

It's been refurbished with all new FunnyPlaying parts:

- USB-C charging port
- Laminated ITA display
- Atomic Purple shell with lime buttons and pads
- Custom Pokemon stickers and inserts from Etsy

We've got two awesome modded Game Boy systems for sale locally and in the online stores! A Game Boy Advance with a laminated ITA display and brand new shell/buttons/membranes, and a Game Boy Color with a new laminated IPS display and all new shell and other components. Here's the last two systems completed! These were a special order from a friend who gave me permission to make both systems whatever I wanted. The only bit of advice I got was that their favorite color was blue. I choose a clear shell with transparent blue buttons and membranes on the GBC and a transparent blue shell with transparent black buttons and membranes for the GBA. Both got brand new IPS displays as well, all done with FunnyPlaying high quality replacement parts. I think they both turned out awesome! What do y'all think?

Well here are the first three Game Boys that have received the FunnyPlaying treatment!

On the left we've got a Game Boy Color with a brand new laminated IPS display, atomic purple shell with lime buttons and a rechargeable battery.

In the middle is a standard Game Boy Advance with a laminated ITA display, smoke gray shell with DMG style buttons and rechargeable battery.

Last on the right we've got a Game Boy Advance SP with a laminated ITA display, clear orange shell, new buttons, new battery, and a custom Charizard insert behind the screen.

The Color and Advance will be for sale soon, but the SP was a custom order that is already sold!

We've got Game Boy parts! I'm excited to get building! We'll soon have a Game Boy Color as well as a Game Boy Advance coming up for sale so keep an eye out. These will be fully tricked out with new shells, buttons, membranes, rechargeable batteries and of course modern laminated IPS displays. I'm also working on a pre-sold GBA SP that will include a nice custom touch for the buyer that I'm really excited to see in person!
