I’ve been seeing similar sweaters all over different crochet groups and decided I needed to give it a shot! I wasn’t sure if I would even like the sweater enough to finish it, so rather than purchasing more yarn, I did this practice sweater with scrap yarn. I’ll definitely be getting some neutral yarn to make more of an every day one!

I didn’t make any official New Year resolutions this year, but I definitely want to get back into crochet on a regular basis! Between work and kids and some semblance of a social life, I haven’t gotten many projects completed. I did however make this Hobbes for a little boy named Calvin ❤️ I forgot to photograph it but I did receive this sweet photo!

My sister is due with my nephew any time now! He’ll definitely be warm in his cocoon and hat 👶🏼🍼
