The wait is almost over! We are thrilled to announce our brand-new Jamestown location (909 7th Ave SE - the old Subway)—our 5th store!—is opening its doors this Friday, June 5th! We cannot wait to get to know our new neighbors, and become your go-to local butcher shop.
Is 5 your lucky number? It definitely is ours! To help celebrate opening our 5th store we’re running a surprise
giveaway! We are counting every single person who walks through our doors in Jamestown, and a few lucky customers are going to score a $20 gift card on the spot for their next visit.

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
