Today was a long day in the studio doing the rest of my glaze prep for the Stowe Foliage Arts Festival ( THIS WEEKEND! )
Glazing can be so satisfying 🫪 especially when it glides so smoothly ✨

Did you know that following an artists Instagram page is sort of like giving them a high five ? 🙌 That’s how it feels for me at least ✨

Throwing, twisting and turning my way through the beginning of another Vermont fall

If the clay is justtt right, poking these holes in the berry bowl is extra satisfying. When it is too dry you risk cracking it - and if the clay is too wet then it just gets covered in “boogers” and distorts the shape of the berry bowl. This consistency was almost perfect 😍

Tomorrow is the beginning of Chester Festival !!! I am so happy to be surrounded by so many amazing artists & in a new space with plenty of walking room for all of the people coming to spend the weekend with us ✨ I will have A LOT of new items with me (quite literally warm out of the kiln) … come share a giggle & see what is new on my table ✨ this has been one of my favorite events and if you haven’t been before - this is truly the year to come ❤️

I’ve been back in my studio ~ after a much needed deep cleaning 🫧🫧🫧 it feels great, and I’m excited to share new designs with you as they flow from my heart through my hands 🙌
This year has a different pulse & im doing my best to lean into it ♥️

I thought I’d close the year with a well written instagram post highlighting all of the incredible things that happened during 2025… it was such a whirlwind year, filled with countless markets and interactions with so many beautiful people. I did some of my favorite custom pieces, and feel so grateful to have my work displayed in such a nice variety of stores through Vermont / New England . You’ll have to use your imagination for the rest of what this post could contain ~ because along with all of the outpouring of love and creativity comes an overwhelming amount of burnout 🫣 I’ll be back to work soon ~ and will have open studio hours throughout the rest of the winter until market season starts again.
Thank you all for being you ✨
See you in 2026
