Just know that if I ever die, there will be no shortage of memories.
On Google, there is about 20 years worth of photos and videos of all my shenanigans.
And one day, I hope not too soon, I don't want one of those funerals where everyone is somber and sad. I want all of these videos and pictures played so my life can be relived like a movie.

On December 15th, 2006, I said a quote while sitting on top of a lion statue.
"One day in 20 years, they're gonna dig these video up and be like...he was a du***ss."
Well, that day is almost upon us.

In this video, you can see the moment I saw the audience of our show for the very first time in 25 months. In this moment, if you look at my face, I said "Ho Lee S**t" because I was genuinely overcome with emotions like pride and joy.
Then, as is tradition, I had to give Aunt Pat a hug and we had a cry.

I love pro wrestling, and nothing will ever compare not the adrenaline of it.

There aren't too many people in this business who have kept it real with me, but I can honestly say the Dr Eric Christopher has since day one. It's a story as old as time. Two people who really don't know each other, think that they won't like each other, but then when they do work and conduct business together they realize that they have a lot more in common than they do.

One thing Eric and I have in common is our love and passion for this business and the want for everyone in it to succeed (except Rey Fury ).

When I sat down at the commentary table this past Saturday for the first match, I was overcome with emotions, I had a lot going on in my head, and I couldn't gather myself, Eric reached over and assured me that everything was good.

You need friends like that in this business. You need someone to reel you in. You need someone to check you when you need to be checked, and check on you when you need to be checked on. You need people that share the same passion for the things that you do. You need people that love this as much as you do, because when you have all that, it's real to you, and the chemistry is undeniable.

I will never forget this moment for as long as I live, and I'm glad that I got to share it with one of the few people who reinvigorated my passion for this business.

I cannot express the level of gratitude I felt for the night of September 5th 2026.
A passion reinvigorated. A fire reignited.
I had an entire opening monologue ready to go, but the second that music hit, and that crowd made the noise that they made, I started crying real tears for the first time in a very long time. I've never felt so alive.
Thank you all so much for reminding me why we do this.

The context of this picture is irrelevant to those who aren't in my circle, so allow me to rift on it.
Some years ago when I was paving my way and wanting to prove myself worthy of some power, a close powerful friend of mine said "you ever see that show Ballers?" And I hadn't. He said "watch it, and be like Spencer Strasmore(The Rock).
It took me a while but I binged that show. And it took me even longer but I got it figured out. See, I'm not Spencer, I'm joe(the other guy). I'm the guy making wild and outlandish decisions that are better calculated, yet, poorly executed but somehow always work out. You know why? Because Joe has Spencer's back and Spencer has Joe's back, no matter what. They wanna see each other succeed.
So to my friend, I say this vaguely to you and out of context
This weekend, we are ballers. You have my back and I have yours. What you have done for me does not go unappreciated. I'll be the wild sidekick keeping everything together, and you be the authoritative brick wall.
