✨Homeschool Art Club is starting!✨

There’s still room in our homeschool class for tomorrow, please let us know if you have any questions!

We loved our weekly homeschool art classes, and we're glad you did too! We're trying something new which will allow us to work a little differently. It will also allow us to begin a bigger project that can be worked on over the course of a few weeks in addition to regular weekly projects. It also eliminates last minute sign ups or inconsistent attendance which makes it hard to plan. When you sign up for this homeschool class, it is for EVERY class that month. This includes instruction and all supplies. We meet from 10:00am to 12:00pm. There are only 8 spaces, and I am excited that once all 8 are signed up, that will be our group for the month! We will be drawing, painting, and exploring paint and sculpture. Projects from past homeschool classes include plaster masks, printmaking, working with clay (we have a kiln) and working on drawing basics, painting, and learning about artists from art history.

This listing ($120) is for FOUR Friday sessions for ages 7-12

Bring your art journal, junk journal, or whatever you call it. You spend so much time taking care of others, this is time to spend some time unwinding, relaxing, enjoying some quiet conversation, quiet music, and some peaceful vibes to refresh YOUR spirit. Gather, reflect, create. Be perfectly imperfect.
Offered periodically, Zensday Wednesday Journal Jam is *not* a class but you might still learn some new techniques. There will be a theme or prompt for each session that you can use.... or ignore!

If you love making art, mark-making, doodling, gluing, collaging, painting, stamps, layering, exploring the luscious texture of paper, and just exploring who you are through ART- with other like-minded people- then Zensday Wednesday is for you!

Bring your own journal or purchase one at the studio. Feel free to bring your own supplies, quiet snacks, or non-alcoholic beverages!

Join us Friday September 25, 1pm to 3pm Our newest home school art class for students ages 12-17 is a hand building ceramics class which will be run in an open studio format . Every other week students will have the opportunity to create the project of the week whether it is in a pinch pot, coil pot, or slab format. The next time they come to class, their work will be fired and ready to be glazed. Each student will be assisted as they pick out their glazes and learn to apply it to their ceramic forms. (They will not be working with clay during the second class, this is for glazing only.) Their pieces will be fired and you'll be notified when they are ready to be picked up.

Fees: $50 for TWO classes (4 hours total)

2 classes per booking, every other week, two hours each session. Each class fee includes TWO classes for that month, a bisque and second glaze firing, clay, glaze, tools, and instruction. Class size is limited and early registration is encouraged to ensure your child has a spot.
