Soft & Wild 🌹 A Sensual Movement Experience is virtual workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, your senses, and your sensuality, without pressure or performance.

Through gentle education, guided embodiment, and a live sensual movement demonstration, participants will explore what it feels like to move in a way that is intuitive, freeing, and fully their own ✨

Led by the lovely , a certified sexual wellness educator, facilitator, and founder of the Wild Widows Society , a platform dedicated to supporting women in discovering intimacy, sensuality, and self connection through life transitions

Inside the workshop, you’ll: • Learn what sensuality actually is (and what it isn’t) • Reconnect with your body through breath, awareness, and intentional movement • Be guided through exercises that activate your senses and presence • Sensual movement demonstration with a Vanity’s Playhouse instructor  • Explore your own movement through a simple follow-along experience • Reflect and process through prompts that help you deepen the connection

This space is judgment-free, beginner-friendly, and open to anyone whether you’ve never taken a class or you’re just craving a different kind of movement experience.
