Meet the orchestra of "My Fair Lady", performing through June 21. Get your tickets now at artistconnectiontheatre.org/productions.

Amelia is a flute and piccolo player doing pit orchestra for the first time. She has performed with Project Trio and the LaVilla Orchestra as principal flute and piccolo. Amelia has performed solos at district and state level, and received superior ratings on both. She has played 1st, 2nd, and 3rd chair in district level honor bands as well as doubling on piccolo. She has played trumpet for Davis Street Jazz and received superior ratings. Amelia attends Douglas Anderson School of the Arts for flute and piccolo, and is learning alto flute. Outside of music, she enjoys studying astrophysics and quantum mechanics.

Heather J. McLaughlin (Clarinet): Heather is excited to participate in her first production with A.C.T. as the clarinetist in the pit orchestra for My Fair Lady. Heather is from Ohio and attended Bowling Green State University, majoring in clarinet performance. She has played clarinet in symphonic concert bands in south Florida, Las Vegas, NV, and in Jacksonville. Heather previously played in the pit orchestra for Peter Pan, Little Abner, Les Miserable, Oliver!, and Cinderella. Outside of music, Heather works as a paralegal. In her spare time, Heather enjoys being outdoors at the beach fishing or kayaking; or at city art events with her daughter.

Samuel Steen (Percussion): Sam is very excited for his first ever theater performance and is glad to be doing it with A.C.T.. Sam has done many band concerts with Douglas Anderson's wind symphony, symphonic band, and symphony orchestra but never with a theater. This will be his stage debut for theater and he hopes he plays to your standards and even surpasses your expectations. In his spare time, he loves to play video games and make friends online to play with. He also loves to listen to all types of music.
