She’s our cherry pie! 🍒🎸⚡️

Alex absolutely tore up the stage for her 1980s hammock routine at Through the Decades. The lines, the attitude, and that rock-and-roll energy brought the house down!

Can we please hear it for Mindy?! ✨

At 57, she stepped onto the stage on hammock and completely blew us away. The hard work and heart she put into this routine was so inspiring to watch.

Still not over this routine!⚡

Swipe through to see Katie absolutely lighting up the stage at our showcase! She went from sweet 1950s “Mr. Sandman” straight into full blown Metallica “Enter Sandman,” and the entire room lost its mind.

At 61, she’s out here casually redefining what strength looks like and proving that your body can do incredible things at literally any age. The energy, the power, and the pure fun she gave was everything.

Go show Katie some love in the comments, because she earned every bit of it. 👏🎸🔥
