We’re offering a limited opportunity for local, aligned neighbors who share our vision of a thriving regenerative community to bring their own vision to life within these walls.

We’re seeking those who believe in preserving character, creating opportunity, and building something rooted in a neighborhood with deep history. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, creative business, nonprofit, or mission-driven change maker, ownership within the district is your chance to shape a space that’s still being written and make it your own.

Starting September 13, we’re kicking off our Official Jacksonville Jaguars Watch Parties with a FREE block party at PHXJAX.

Watch the Jags take on the Cleveland Browns on the big screen, plus food trucks, local vendors, bounce houses and more throughout the district.

Kickoff is at 1 PM
PHXJAX | 2335 N. Market St.

Free to attend. Bring your chairs, blankets, and the whole family, and come watch the Jags with us.

More than a century ago, The Phoenix was constructed as a warehouse supporting the city’s growing manufacturing and automotive economy. The building still carries the features that make historic industrial architecture so distinctive — exposed brick walls, original heart pine timber framing, and expansive windows that have endured through decades of change.

Buildings like this are difficult to replicate, built with materials and craftsmanship that have become increasingly rare. This is a rare opportunity for local, aligned changemakers to take ownership of a piece of Jacksonville’s history — and shape what it becomes for the next generation.
