Good Evening Wednesday Night Men Bowlers,

We are extremely excited to announce that Summer Leagues are starting next week!!! We
know quite a few of you have been ready to get back bowling and now is the perfect time.
Depending on what you’re looking for, we have leagues that range from Nuttin But Fun to
our competitive Wednesday Trio league. If you have questions or you’re not sure which
league is right for you, just give us a call, we’d love to help out and answer any questions
that you may have!
Don’t have a full team? No problem!!! We’re always looking for individuals and couples to fill
teams! Please take a moment to look over the attached flyer and if you’d like to bowl with us
this summer, please give us a call at the number listed below to secure you spot. Don’t forget
space is limited due in part to government restrictions on capacity, so sign up today!!!

Good Evening Wednesday Night Men,

The results of the league continuation/cancellation vote are as follows:

17 to cancel
11 to continue
3 not voting

With that said, the Wednesday Night Men’s league has been canceled for the remainder of
the season.
I have requested our prize fund check from Bowl America and they are already processing
that request. As I stated in the previous email, this process will take some time (processing
the request, cutting the check, cashing the check, sorting funds, etc..,) but we will try to get
things sorted as quickly as humanly possible. Once I receive the check and it is cashed, I will
contact every one on how we are going to disperse funds.

Good Evening Wednesday Night Men,

Due to further guidance and specific directives of certain local and state governments
regarding COVID-19, all Bowl America locations will remain temporarily closed until the end of
April. With said, I will need the input of all team captains and the other league officials on
how we should proceed with the remainder of the season.
After speaking with Bowl America, the center manager, Fred Cramton and other league
officers, we’ve been given a few suggestions that are listed below.

Option 1: We end the season with the current standings (quarters 1-3 are completed), Ray
and I will adjust the prize fund to the best of our abilities, refund any payments made
beyond week 25, submit for our prize fund check and then distribute winnings. Should we
decide to go this route, please be advised, this process will take a few weeks as we’ll have to
go through proper Bowl America procedures.

Option 2: We resume the season when Bowl America reopens and continue the season on
into the summer. If Bowl America reopens as of May 1st, we would finish the 4th quarter on
July 1st, the singles tournament would be held on July 8th and the championship roll off
would be held on July 15th.
If we were to resume the season after the bowling center reopens, we would also have the
possibility of bowling twice a week to finish the season sooner than previously mentioned
(E.g. bowling on Wednesday and Thursday.) If that were the case, we would finish
approximately June 17th (We would vote when to finish when we resume.)

In lieu of an actual meeting, I’m asking all team captains to contact me either by email, text
or phone call to cast a vote for their respective team. Please make every effort to
communicate with your teammates so you can cast your vote accordingly. When casting the
vote for your team, please make a note of your team number or name, so that I can keep
track of all the votes.

Due to the guidance of the local, state and federal government regarding the impact of
COVID-19, and its future unknowns, Bowl America will be temporarily closing all of its
bowling centers beginning Wednesday, March 18 at 5 PM through at least the end of
March. This is a temporary closure and we will be closely monitoring the situation to reopen
as soon as possible. You may visit our website, www.bowl-america.com, for

Attention Wednesday Night Men Bowlers,

With the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 Virus and the quarantine procedures imposed by
both city and the state, we will be postponing the league for this week. We are monitoring
the situation closely and when it is safe to resume league bowling, we will do so. We are
actively looking for ways for everyone to bowl the following week and we will update you on
those plans as soon as they become available. Please make sure to keep an eye on your
email for further communication regarding the status of the leagues or feel free to contact us
at the number listed below.

This message is going out to all Wednesday Night Men league bowlers, however I do not
have everyone’s email addresses and some do not have email. With that said, please make
every attempt to communicate with your teammates to make sure they know of the
cancellation.
