DUVAL HALL —our fully loaded indoor concert and event venue built to make fans, artists and bands very, very happy. Plus TONS of easy-in/easy-out, well-lit, safe parking. No circling the block at DUVAL HALL.

2️⃣ Phase Two?
THE MIDWAY -what we are chatting about today. During our 11-day Fair, this is where the magic hits full volume — rides, food, family fun entertainment, multiple music stages and the can’t-miss Fair energy all in one place.

3️⃣ Phase Three? Oh, it is mammoth.
The JAX AMPHITHEATER is coming. Did someone say 10,000 capacity amphitheater?! Phenomenal sound? Comfy seats? Huge Orchestra Pit? Massive lawn area... Tons of parking? Opening Fall 2026!
