Bound by I-95 to the North, University Boulevard to the south, Philips Highway on the east, and the St. Johns River to the west, the larger San Marco trade area offers a diverse variety of businesses and residential neighborhoods. The San Marco Merchants Association (SMMA), a not-for-profit 501(3)(c) organization, seeks to unify the business groups in the area with a collective voice to help promote the area as a destination to locals and visitors alike.
