Y’all are about to get slapped with some bee facts! 🌻🐝🐝🐝

Did you know the life expectancy of a worker bee (all female) changes depending on the time of year she is born? Winter bees can live up to 10 months, but spring and summer bees live only about 6 weeks. Why? Because they are working super hard collecting nectar! Everything is in bloom and workers will travel up to 5 miles each trip to collect the sweet stuff. While they are out travelling they are doing lots of pollination including 1/3 of the food we eat. Thank you bees! .
