Today is National Motivation & Inspiration Day, and these words deserve to be shared 🤍

At the Go Love Yourself Brunch, guests took time to handwrite notes of hope, encouragement, and love — each one placed into pampering bags created for survivors. No cameras. No spotlight. Just quiet, intentional words meant to remind someone they matter, they are seen, and they are not alone.

These notes weren’t written for applause. They were written for hearts that needed kindness — maybe on a hard day, maybe on a day filled with doubt, maybe on a day when hope felt far away.

This is what motivation looks like to me.
This is what inspiration feels like.
Human connection. Compassion. Care, passed hand to hand.

Thank you to everyone who poured love into these words. Their impact reaches farther than you may ever know.

As we step into the new year, I want to share where the Go Love Yourself Brunch is right now — and gently open the door to what could come next.
We are officially in our PLEDGE PERIOD for a potential 2026 Go Love Yourself event.
From now through JANUARY 31, individuals and businesses are invited to pledge their support. This pledge window helps determine whether we move forward with planning year two.
A few important things to know:
• Pledges are being accepted now through JANUARY 31
• No payment is due until MARCH 1
• Payment plans are available
• A final decision for 2026 will be made on FEBRUARY 1
This phase isn’t about pressure — it’s about alignment and intention. Pledges during this window give us the clarity needed to plan responsibly, thoughtfully, and with care for everyone involved.
If this event mattered to you, if you believe in creating spaces centered on self-worth, connection, and community, this is the moment to raise your hand and say, “I’m in.”
Thank you for being here, for believing in the mission, and for walking this journey with me — whatever the outcome may be.
Follow along for updates 🤍

*These sponsorships have already been pledged.

As we count down to a brand-new year, I find myself deeply grateful for 2025—for the opportunities it offered, the friendships I formed and strengthened, and the many, many lessons it brought with it.

In my world, 2025 slipped in quietly and left the very same way. It never tried to be more than it was. It never promised more than it delivered. And there is a quiet kind of beauty in that.

My word for 2025 was cultivate, and I can say with confidence that I honored it. I learned early on that cultivation requires turning the soil and removing what no longer serves. That part was difficult, but once it was done, I found myself with far more time, space, and energy for what truly remained.

As I step into 2026, my word for the year is actualize. To actualize is to bring something fully into being—and that is the ledge on which I now stand. I am closer than ever to realizing my full potential, and I dedicate this year to stepping into it fully and without apology.

For this new year, I wish you health, love, happiness, and security. May you prosper in all ways, give generously, and receive in equal measure. May we work together to make this year extraordinary.

Happy New Year.

Although the GoLoveYourself Brunch included laughter, games, and lighthearted moments, it also created space for something much deeper.

On November 15th, real healing happened in that room. Guests lowered walls they’d been building for years, shared stories, and supported one another in ways that were raw, honest, and powerful. In the weeks since, several women have shared that they experienced real growth and healing afterward — including one guest who credits the brunch with a meaningful shift in her mindset.

These photos capture one of those moments. An emotional breakthrough. A pause. And then, without hesitation, her tablemates surrounded her with support as the healing began.

There were so many moments like this — quiet, brave, and unforgettable — and we’ll be sharing more as time goes on.

If you’re feeling drawn to be part of this experience in 2026, whether as a guest or sponsor, comment 2026 below.

Hop Onto The "Polar Express" this Christmas! 🚂🎈
Fun. Fast. Hilarious chaos.

YOU’LL NEED:
Inflated, tied-off balloons in multiple colors & crazy, fun-loving friends!

HOW TO PLAY:

• Divide players into EVEN TEAMS.
Small space? 5–6 players per team works best.
Big venue? Go bigger — more players = more chaos and laughter.

• Assign EACH TEAM A BALLOON COLOR.
Think red vs green for peak holiday vibes 🎄
Pro tip: Put enough balloons in the middle for every player PLUS 3 extra per color.

• Teams line up on OPPOSITE SIDES of the space.
All balloons go in the CENTER.

• Someone yells “GO!”

• Player 1 from each team runs to the center and grabs ONE balloon in their team’s color.
(Grab the wrong color? No penalty — but you’ll lose time fixing it 👀)

• Player 1 returns and places the balloon BETWEEN THEIR BELLY and the BACK of Player 2. Once balanced, there are no hands allowed on the balloon.

• Player 2 now becomes the runner with Player 1 behind them, retrieves a balloon, and connects to Player 3 the same way.

• This continues RELAY-STYLE until EVERY teammate has a balloon balanced between them, forming a growing “snake” line 🐍
(Inspired by the classic Nokia Snake game — longer line, harder control, bigger laughs.)

IMPORTANT RULES:
• Dropped balloons may be picked up, but it WILL slow the team down
• If a balloon POPS, the player who popped it must retrieve a replacement
• Hands are not allowed once the balloon is between players.

THE FINAL CHALLENGE:
Once every teammate has a balloon, the ENTIRE LINE must complete ONE FULL VICTORY LAP around the space.

WIN CONDITION:
• All balloons must stay in place during the lap
• If ANY balloon drops or pops, the team must retrieve a replacement and START THE LAP OVER 😈

WHY IT WORKS:
✔️ Easy to learn
✔️ Physically silly without being athletic
✔️ Perfect for holiday parties, team building, and icebreakers
✔️ Absolutely ridiculous to watch 😂

We tried to explain what the Brunch would be like… but the truth is, it’s hard to describe something that doesn’t fit into a traditional event box.

The entire purpose was simple, yet powerful: to inspire people to love themselves.

That intention showed up in so many ways:

In a playful Video Scavenger Hunt that invited guests to loosen up, be silly, and reconnect with their authentic selves — with winners pampered by generous sponsors.

In self-compassion exercises that asked guests to face a mirror and reflect on moments they could have shown themselves more grace.

In a Confidence Workshop where women named things they genuinely liked about themselves, surrounded by encouragement from their tablemates.

Guests were lavishly loved with endless charcuterie, mimosas, mocktails, cocktails, and sweet treats. The space felt regal and intentional, dressed in purple and gold, complete with photo ops and statement décor. We sang. We danced. We laughed. We cried.

And the impact reached far beyond the room.

Together, the event raised over $2,500 for Hubbard House, along with $2,483 worth of pampering bags for survivors of domestic violence. Guests also wrote one-on-one handwritten notes to include in those bags — extending care, encouragement, and connection directly to women who needed it most.

That four-hour brunch created ripples that continue to spread — empowering guests, sponsors, volunteers, and survivors alike.

OKAY BESTIES… it’s time to VOTE 🐦🔥

During the GoLoveYourself Brunch, we held a “Call of the Wild” challenge and asked guests to unleash their BEST Phoenix call — no rules, no pressure, just pure, unfiltered fun. And WOW… the confidence, the creativity, the courage 👏

Listen closely, pick your favorite, and drop the NUMBER or DESCRIPTION in the comments of the call that deserves bragging rights. Extra points if it made you laugh, gave you chills, or made you want to try it yourself 😄

This is what happens when women feel safe enough to be bold, silly, loud, and unapologetically themselves.

Follow along… there may be more mischief like this in our future 😉
