Before you touch that piercing…

DID YOU WASH YOUR HANDS?! 🧼😂

Because Rosey sees you reaching for it.

That little twist.
That “lemme just check it” touch.
That random spin while you’re watching TV.

🚨 LEAVE. IT. ALONE.

Your piercing is trying to heal, and constantly touching, twisting, rotating, or playing with the jewelry can introduce bacteria and keep irritating the piercing channel.

If you actually need to handle your piercing:

🧼 Wash your hands thoroughly first.
💧 Keep your aftercare simple with sterile saline.
🙅🏾‍♂️ Don’t twist or rotate the jewelry.
😴 Avoid sleeping directly on it.
✨ Then put those hands somewhere ELSE. 😂

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a healing piercing is absolutely nothing.

💍 ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY… play with their piercing. 🧙‍♂️✨ That bump you’re fighting might not need some magical potion—it may need you to STOP TOUCHING IT. 😂

A piercing is trying to create a stable, healed channel. Every time you twist it, pick at it, sleep on it, snag it, or constantly move the jewelry, you’re adding irritation.

The quest is simple:
🧂 Sterile 0.9% saline
🚿 Rinse & gently pat dry
✋ L.I.T.A.M. — Leave It Alone Completely
🚫 Skip the Q-tips, tea tree oil & homemade mixtures
💎 Wear quality, properly fitted jewelry
😴 Keep pressure off it while sleeping

Sometimes the best aftercare is actually doing LESS.

If you’ve ever tried ordering jewelry online, you’ve probably seen options for gauge, length, and diameter and wondered…

“Which one do I need?”

This guide covers the most common starting sizes I use for many popular piercings. While anatomy can vary from person to person, these measurements are a great reference when you’re shopping for new jewelry.
