A student recently asked me, “Ms. Brittney…have YOU ever been in a show before?”
And the answer is: YES. A lot of them. 😂🩷
I’ve been performing since I was 7 years old! From singing in a gospel band, to a national tour with Dragon Tales Live, to professional productions, community theatre, vocal competitions, and years of teaching kids - theater has been a part of me my whole life.
It shaped who I am today, and it’s exactly why I started Act Up Arts - to pass that magic on to the next generation.
