I’m definitely in my feelings looking through these pictures tonight. 🥹🩷

Three whole years of GNO. I’ve had the absolute privilege of being behind the DJ booth from day one, and I don’t think I can really put into words how special it has been getting to watch this event grow into what it is today.

GNO will always be Kelly & Haley’s baby, but I joke that she’s my niece because I love her like she’s a little bit mine too. 🥹 I’ve watched her grow, I’ve grown right alongside her, and somewhere along the way this became so much more to me than just another event I DJ.

Tonight my heart was just FULL. My Auntie Natalye and Patty got to experience something that means so much to me, I got hugs from people I haven’t seen in way too long, and I got to look around at this beautiful thing we’ve been doing for three years and really take it all in.

There are some gigs that are just gigs… and then there are the ones that become part of your story. GNO is part of mine. 🩷

Kelly & Haley, thank you for trusting me with your baby from the very beginning and continuing to let me be part of something so special. I love you girls, I love our GNO family, and I am SO damn proud of what this little baby has grown into.

🚨 RAE-DERS, I NEED YOU TO DO A THING. 🚨

They’re taking nominations for a Stranger Couples Session and apparently my friends have collectively decided that after witnessing the absolute CIRCUS that has been my dating life, it is time to let fate pick the man. 😂

And honestly? I’m in.

If you know me personally — or you’ve been following DJ Rae Bae long enough — you know I have STORIES. I have loved the wrong people, stayed too long, given too many chances, had my heart broken, rebuilt it, and somehow still haven’t completely given up on the idea that there might be a good one out there.

There’s also a part of my dating story I don’t talk about quite as lightly. I survived cervical cancer. Treatment saved my life, but it also took away my ability to have children. That has affected relationships before, and dating while knowing that motherhood in the traditional sense isn’t part of my future has added a whole other layer to trying to find someone who genuinely wants me and the life I can offer.

But after everything?

I’m still here.
Still soft. Still hopeful. Still willing to love.
Just with a slightly better bu****it detector. 😂

So maybe instead of letting me pick another man myself, we let a complete stranger do it. Clearly my hiring department needs to be outsourced. 💀

I genuinely can’t believe I’m writing this. 💔

Dolly Parton wasn’t just an artist I loved — she was the blueprint for DJ Rae Bae. 🤠✨

The big hair. The boots. The rhinestones. The unapologetic femininity. Being sweet, a little sassy, a little extra, and never making yourself smaller for anybody. Dolly showed generations of women that you could be glamorous AND strong, kind AND powerful, and completely yourself.

So much of the woman behind DJ Rae Bae was inspired by her.

Tonight the rhinestones sparkle a little differently. I’ll keep wearing the boots, playing the songs loud, and carrying a little bit of that Dolly magic with me every time I step behind the decks.

Thank you for the music, the confidence, the laughter, and for showing girls like me that there’s no such thing as too much. 🩷

…and now you’re GRADUATING???
